Ashtang vinyasa yoga is dynamic practice , which is practiced using vinyasa karma which generate lot of heat within a body which burns the impurities , purifies body and awaken your nervous system.
Whether you are beginner or advance yoga practitioner , anyone can join . I will be guiding you individually in mysore class .
You will be learning primary and intermediate series .

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic and disciplined practice that uses vinyasa krama—the intelligent coordination of breath and movement—to generate internal heat. This heat helps detoxify the body, burn impurities, improve circulation, and strengthen muscles and joints. Regular practice purifies the body, calms the mind, and awakens the nervous system, leading to increased vitality, clarity, and inner balance.
This class is open to both beginners and advanced practitioners. Whether you are new to yoga or have an established practice, you are welcome. The sessions are taught in the Mysore style, where each student practices at their own pace while receiving individual guidance and adjustments from the teacher. This method allows for a safe, personalized, and progressive learning experience.
Students will be guided through the Primary Series (Yoga Chikitsa) and, when ready, the Intermediate Series (Nadi Shodhana).
Classes are held 3days a week: Mysore-style practice supporting consistency, discipline, and steady growth in your practice.
