I am conducting online weight loss session and also Antenatal classes by providing expert guidance and support to expectant mothers to help them have a positive birthing experience. With a focus on women's health, I design custom exercise programs to alleviate common pregnancy discomforts and prepare the body for labor. Also, I am passionate about educating and empowering mothers, helping them make informed decisions about their birth and promoting a safe and smooth transition into motherhood. By utilizing my skills and expertise, I strive to improve maternal outcomes and create a positive and memorable birthing experience for all my patients.
Also I am taking postnatal classes, specialize in helping new mothers after childbirth and to regain their strength. I design custom exercise programs to address common postpartum discomforts and promote physical and emotional healing, while also educating and empowering mothers to prioritize their own well-being during this important transition period.
My goal is to provide knowledge and to gain confidence about pregnancy and labor and to achieve vaginal delivery and also to support new mothers as they navigate their postpartum journey, promoting a strong foundation for a healthy future and helping them build confidence in their bodies and abilities.
