You are welcome to my 45 minutes session for basic yoga, meditation and pranayama. This session will help you feel energetic throughout the day.it is Best for office going people who don't have time for a complete yoga class. In your classes you will learn:-
1) sukshma vyayam ( joint movements for all joints)
2) basic yoga twisting and stretching
3) meditation ( yog nidra, om 🕉 chant, mindfulness, breath awareness)
4) pranayama ( anulom vilom, kapalbhati, bhastrika )
This is undoubtedly a very good start of your day. This group class will be for 45 minutes 4 days in a week Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday at 5:30 am.
