I am a Reiki healer and a fire spinner inclined towards spirituality and its essence. My meditation practices include active motion-based techniques such as Zen tangle Art (meditative art), Tratak (gazing into the fire) and chi gong (balancing yin and yang) It has been 3 years since I have effectively made it into a routine. I want to teach that which worked for me as I find it a fun way for those who can't seem to focus in traditional meditation techniques.
