The Yoga Kutir

HE YOGA KUTIR was established three years ago for residents of Noida sector 61 and near- by area so that our members would have a place to practice the best heated yoga ever in a clean environment—on all levels. We believe that everyone is a yogi, and that means you. You don’t need to be flexible or thin or have the “right” clothes. You don’t need to know ancient Sanskrit or burn incense in your home. All you need to do is show up and do your best with breath. You will transform your body, your mind, and your whole life with this practice, just as we did. Each class is independently sequenced by our trainers, offered varied fun and dynamic classes that will keep you on your toes.
