I have been an avid meditator since last 12 years and volunteered and assisted with very senior meditation & yoga teachers. Since the last 2 years I have been teaching meditation and sudarshan kriya (one of the most powerful breathing technique by the Art of Living, researched & recommended by Harvard, AIIMS, Yale, Stanford and many others). I'm passionate about spreading smiles and making lives of people stressfree through meditation and breathing exercises.

Sunrise and Sunset, both are good times for practicing yoga and meditation. In case you are unable to practice during these times, then choose a time where you are empty stomach atleast 2 hours prior to the practice.

Yes it can, depends on the level of criticality of the case. But sudarshan kriya helps a lot with depression, according to studies it helps as good as anti depressants too.
