In Iyengar yoga we use props to deal with difficulties in making the postures. Props are usually standard articles used to make little adjustments in the pose according to the need of a practitioner. In Iyengar yoga we use props to deal with difficulties in making the postures. Props are usually standard articles used to make little adjustments in the pose according to the need of a practitioner.

Some of the most common props are belts, blankets, pillow, bolsters, walls, chair which are easily available in any households.

 

So that way beginners do not feel any disadvantage for being a beginner and will get the same benefit from that asana.

This way you will not find any difficulty while doing the pose.
