For class 1-8 it depends on the no of days of classes you are taking in a week for class 1 to 5 you can charge upto 4-5k per month for five days a week classes .
For class 6to 8 you can charge 5-7k for five days a week classes .
For class 11 and 12 charges are based on per hour . You can charge from 400 upto 700 per hour.

No electrons are not present inside the nucleus rather they are revolving outside the nucleus .
Bita rays emits when no or the ration of neutrons are too high as compared to proton inside the nucleus so at that time some of neutrons changes to electron or a psitron as positrons are positively charged they can remain inside the nucleus but electrons can not remain inside the nucleus thus they are emitted from nucleus at a high speed . So its actually the neutrons that accumulate negative charge on them and get emitted at high speed from the nucleus this also shows that electron can not reside inside the nucleus.
