Shelton Banerjee

I’m a Strength & Conditioning Coach with 8+ years of progressive personal training experience, working with clients across different ages, fitness levels and training backgrounds.
I completed a dual certification from the Institute of Nutrition and Fitness Sciences (INFS) in 2021, specializing in Strength & Conditioning as well as Diet & Nutrition. Currently pursuing NASM-CPT certificate course.
My experience includes training children through youth athletic development programs and working with adults ranging from 20 to 70 years of age.
My approach focuses on building strength, improving movement quality and developing practical fitness that carries over into everyday life and sport. My key areas of expertise include:
