I offer coaching for Company Secretary (CS) courses, CA Foundation/Inter, MBA, B.Com, and ACCA exam preparation. My core teaching areas include Accountancy, Company Law, Financial Management, and other allied subjects related to commerce and finance. Over the past 20 years, I have had the privilege of guiding students through complex subjects, helping them build strong conceptual understanding and excel in professional exams.

I hold multiple professional and academic qualifications, including being a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), Company Secretary (CS), and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.). In addition, I have completed an MBA from FMS (Faculty of Management Studies), one of India’s premier business schools. This combination of qualifications equips me to teach both theoretical concepts and their practical applications effectively.

My experience spans both academic and corporate domains. Having worked in the corporate sector, I bring real-world insights into the classroom, demonstrating how subjects like accounting, financial management, and company law are applied in practice. This approach ensures students are prepared not just for exams but also for professional challenges.

I specialize in helping students navigate professional exams such as CA, CS, and ACCA. I focus on strategic preparation, aligning lessons with exam patterns, time management, and conceptual clarity. My methodology emphasizes understanding, practice, and applying concepts to solve real-world problems, which builds both confidence and competence.

Over the years, I have been recognized with the Best Faculty Award at my institute for my dedication and effectiveness as a teacher. I have also taught at the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI), where I was similarly honored. These accolades reflect my commitment to high-quality teaching and student success.

I conduct online group classes, following a well-structured lesson plan. My sessions are interactive, encouraging students to actively participate, ask questions, and engage in discussions. I focus on a practical-based approach, ensuring students not only understand the concepts but can also apply them effectively in exams and professional scenarios.

To enhance learning, I use PPTs and whiteboard sessions, combining visual aids with detailed explanations. I also provide study materials and notes that reinforce classroom learning, helping students revise effectively and prepare thoroughly for their exams. My ultimate goal is to empower students to achieve excellence in both academic and professional pursuits.
