Saumi S.

Hello! I am a passionate and dedicated Psychology educator with an MA in English Literature and MA in Psychology (First Division) and more than 7 years of professional teaching experience. Over nearly a decade, I have successfully guided hundreds of students.
My teaching philosophy revolves around building a strong conceptual framework rather than encouraging rote memorisation.
My Core Strengths & Teaching Style
• Strengthening Foundational Knowledge: I ensure your core concepts are rock-solid. Once your foundations are strong, scoring high marks in exams and application-based questions becomes effortless.
• Patient & Observant: Every student learns at their own pace. I closely observe where a student struggles—whether it’s structural answer writing or data interpretation—and adapt my pacing accordingly.
• Strong Communication: I maintain an interactive, open, and engaging classroom environment where doubts are welcomed and discussed thoroughly.
• Exam-Oriented Preparation: I provide curated notes, practice structural answer writing for CBSE/International boards, mock tests, and comprehensive preparation for competitive exams like CUET.
