I teach Yoga and have been conducting sessions for the past 8 years, helping individuals improve their flexibility, strength, and overall well-being. For me, yoga is not just a form of exercise but a way to create balance between the body and mind, and I aim to bring this understanding into every session I conduct.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and a Master of Arts (M.A.), along with a diploma in Yoga. These qualifications have helped me develop a strong foundation in both theoretical knowledge and practical application of yoga practices, allowing me to guide my students in a safe and effective manner.

Over the years, I have worked with students from different age groups and fitness levels. This experience has taught me that every individual has unique needs and goals, and I focus on customizing my sessions accordingly to ensure that each student gets the maximum benefit from their practice.

My sessions are designed to improve flexibility, build strength, and enhance overall physical fitness. At the same time, I emphasize the importance of mental well-being by incorporating breathing techniques and relaxation practices that help reduce stress and promote inner calm.

I have also achieved a gold medal at the Bihar State Level Karate Championship, which reflects my dedication, discipline, and strong foundation in physical training. This experience has further strengthened my approach towards fitness and helps me guide my students with better control, precision, and motivation.

I conduct offline classes where I create a calm, positive, and focused environment for my students. I believe that the right atmosphere plays a crucial role in yoga practice, and I ensure that my sessions are comfortable, encouraging, and suitable for consistent learning.

My goal is to help my students build a sustainable and healthy lifestyle through yoga. I strive to make each session meaningful, where students not only improve physically but also develop a sense of mental clarity and overall well-being.
