My name is Richa Agrawal, and I am a certified yoga instructor with over 6 years of experience in teaching yoga to individuals and groups. I have successfully completed the Yoga Teacher Training Certification from QCI (Quality Council of India), a Diploma in Yoga from Rajarshi Tandon Open University (Allahabad), and a Certification in Yoga from Banaras Hindu University (BHU).

Throughout my journey, I have conducted various group yoga classes, especially for students aged 50 and above, as well as personalized one-on-one sessions tailored to individual needs. I also specialize in therapeutic yoga, where I have guided clients with different health conditions through targeted sessions focused on healing and well-being.

My approach combines traditional yogic principles with modern understanding of body alignment and breathwork to create a safe, effective, and rejuvenating experience for my students. I believe in not just teaching yoga as a physical practice, but as a holistic lifestyle for overall wellness.
