• Provide guidance to students on academic goals and educational issues.
• Manage Orientation, training, and relocation for new faculties.
• Collaborate with faculty to conduct new student workshops.
• Counsel parents and students on academic performance and behavior on a need basis.
• Create teacher schedules (timetable) annually for 55 classes. (Offline & Online)
• Prepare an annual planner of academic & co-curricular activities.
• Supervise general school activities.
• Supervise and evaluate teaching staff performance and lesson plans.
• Promote and maintain the school atmosphere according to its philosophy.
• Organized, plan and conduct faculty meetings as necessary and kept their records.
• Review and authorize staff requests for instructional materials.
