Words with primary and secondary stress in a phrase?

This is not a question. If you want examples of primary and secondary stress, look them up on Google. Almost all words have them if they are polysyllabic. If you want to know the meaning, again, Google is your friend. Linguistics cannot be explained in a few lines in an answer.

You can look up such complex definitions in Cambridge and Oxford language dictionaries or Cambridge dictionary of pronouncing. meaning of this sentence "You don't seem to realize what it"s costing me to bear up like I am doing'

Not possible to determine as it is constructed incorrectly. Maybe the speaker wanted to say that whatever they are dealing with is making them suffer a lot. Just a guess.
