Social sciences are subjective because they are based on the human interactions and aspects of a human being. The social sciences like Psychology, Sociology and Political science, they are dealing with the masses with the individual separately and in correlation to both. So you will get an average answer on the question " What is happiness to you?" but there will be small differences in each response because all humans aren't made of one formula like in Maths or physics. Still, they are made out of the environment and their genes and their upbringing.
