It is a distinct query for most of the developers when they are looking to enhance their technology stack. I have been monitoring the job market for quite some time, and I have observed that the companies usually desire a candidate with a combination of technology stack like one core programming language along with one web technology. As you already have learned one core language PHP. I would suggest you should go for React.js as it will give you an edge.

I suggest you get your basics clear with any programming language. Although I would recommend C, C++ or Java. As they can help you build the foundation of our programming concepts.
