My journey into yoga began with a deep passion for physical discipline and self-discovery, which led me to earn certifications from both the Yoga Certification Board (Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India) and the Yoga Alliance (RYT 200/300). Since 2024, I’ve been offering personalized home and online classes, helping students of all levels build consistency, awareness, and vitality through the traditional Ashtanga method.
With a foundation in body alignment, breathwork (pranayama), and mindfulness, my approach blends discipline with compassion—making yoga both accessible and deeply transformative.
