I embarked on my yogic journey in 2018, beginning with Hatha Yoga, and soon found myself inclined to the dynamic practice of Ashtanga Yoga. I deepened my practice under the guidance of my guruji, Ajay Tokas. In 2019, I had the privilege of furthering my learnings at the renowned K. Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute in Mysore.

Yoga has since become an essential part of my life and it gives me immense pleasure in sharing my knowledge and practice with others through my online video sessions, helping students cultivate strength, flexibility, and mindfulness in their own journey.
