We have developed American framework and techniques of training which help students learn Soft Skills and English easily, quickly and accurately. We design need-based lessons and the processes after assessing the requirement of each student or individual. We simplify lesson plans to achieve the objectives of the training without sacrificing the quality. I do not follow one rigid method, but adopt the approach fitting to the learners. We work with students and individuals to enhance their awareness, insight and confidence and inspire them to aim high and achieve big in their life and career. Precisely, we adopt techniques and activities with a focus on motivation and help learners become independent and inspired to learn more and more.
