My majors are hatha yoga, power yoga, astanga yoga, iyenger yoga, pranayama (breathing exercises), shat karma (6 ways of cleansing/detoxifying body), deep meditation for peace of mind philosophy of yoga sutras and yogasanas as per the requirements of individuals for fat loss, immunity regaining, strength developing and felexibility. I am teaching since 2015 I taught in various metropolitan cities of south korea and china from last 3 years. I am currently teaching in india in noida, ncr. I am comfortable in both group and individual session. I wish best to all for better mental and physical health.

I'm able to deal all the age groups and both genders on the basis of my experience and overseas exposure. Thank you
