Our senses are our windows to the world around us. We take in information of the world around us through our senses.
Often our internal filters like memories, values, beliefs and decisions; delete distort and generalise the data that we receive from our senses.Sometimes we even filter out valuable sensory information.
NLP regards sensory experience to be very important. Sensory experience is the base for us to learn and communicate effectively.
When we don't use our sensory experiences we tend to project or hallucinate about the experience we want or do not want. This could adversely impact our communication.
The choice is always ours, use our senses or hallucinate!
