I actually, started my teaching for second year Intermediate in a situation where her faculty was suddenly dropped due to personal situation.I try to understand their requirements and pace and any trouble in the process of teaching from lecture to notes making and solving problems.I asked them to give feedback on my class to me only..on a single paper without writing their names .Then,I started consciously increasing my volume a little more.Finally we got good results .It was a amazing journey with my 210 students.
