So basically a tutor partnership is like, you'll collaborate with your fellow tutor and deliver effective results. For example you can be good at biology and can communicate in English and Hindi, but there's no catchment from other language students, now if you Collab with a fellow tutor that helps you with other regional languages, your catchment increases.
Collaboration is legit but there has to be a good understanding between 2 tutors so that the students don't feel confused.
