I did my graduation and master's in Yoga (learnt certified yoga for about 5 years from verified universities) and have 6+ years experience in this field.I was working in AIIMS,Delhi (All India Institute of Medical Sciences) as a Yoga therapist and dealt with many patients with common problems like back pain, Glaucoma, Obesity (Weight loss), Asthma etc. I was working in Indian Embassy, Portugal as a teacher of Indian culture.
