I'm a yoga cum Fitness Trainer, having almost 3 years of experience in this field. I'm searching for better job opportunities to invest my knowledge. I hold an M.Sc. in Yoga, a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) certification, and have successfully cleared the YCB Yoga Protocol Instructor Examination. To further strengthen my expertise in the fitness industry, I am currently pursuing Skill India's General Fitness Trainer (Level 4) certification.
Currently, I work as a Yoga cum Fitness Instructor at GameX FitLab, Nedumangad, where I conduct yoga and fitness sessions for clients with diverse goals. I also serve as the Yoga Teacher at Lourdes Mount Public School, where I design and lead yoga programs for students, coordinate wellness events, and inspire young minds to embrace a healthy lifestyle.
