Role:
â?¢ Leading the Learning and Development segment by monitoring competency grids and identifying training needs for skill / competency up-gradation
â?¢ Devising training plans; producing training materials (including e-learning modules); formulating learning policies and procedures
â?¢ Collecting and collating training program feedback & conducting value added analysis for enhancing program effectiveness
â?¢ Identifying the gap in students training needs through TNI and TNA analysis
â?¢ Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met; designing and expanding training and development programmes based on objectives designed for each student.

â?¢ Producing training materials.
â?¢ E-learning sessions through Skype, Adobe Web conference tool.
