"Terrible experience. She is not fit to be a teacher and appears to be completely commercially driven. For just 11 classes, she charges ₹4,000 per child, even with a group of 10 students. There is no proper schedule, and there are frequent excuses about network issues. Classes are often shorter than the promised duration — not even a proper 1 hour it was, it was only 50 minutes, despite conducting sessions only 3 days a week. She also misses several classes and conducts tests during regular class hours instead of scheduling them separately. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and felt completely money-oriented. Please be careful before enrolling your children with this teacher. "

The student's parent had requested for a class since they are finding no good tutor offline and complained that the school as well as the offline teacher are not worth teaching .Student had joined very late and parent expected to complete yearly syllabus in just 2 months. As promised the classes are 3 days a week and compensation classes are provided to students if the class is missed from the tutors end as tutors are human and they can fall sick or can be in some emergency. Apart from compensation class, Extra classes were provided for which no extra fees was charged. Parents are seeking concession in fees as well as creating a lot of noise due to which the other students in the group were getting distracted. They were requested to kindly provide a quite and settled background to the student which was not considered . Keeping all the view in concern the tutor decided to drop the student from the batch due foul and demeaning words used against tutor by the parent. The refund of 1000 rs was provided to the parent after dropping the student from the group class. Considering this situation all tutors related to urbanPro are requested to check the background of students before enrolling them as such individuals can cause reputation damage to urbanPro platform and tutors associated with it.
