Ashutosh Kshatriya

I am a certified Yoga Expert and Yoga Therapist with over 8 years of professional experience in teaching and applying yoga as a tool for holistic healing, personal transformation, and preventative wellness.

My journey with yoga began as a personal practice rooted in self-discipline and spiritual exploration. Over time, it evolved into a professional calling — one that bridges the ancient science of yoga with the modern needs of physical, mental, and emotional health.

I hold formal certifications in:

Special training in yoga for lifestyle disorders, cardiac care, stress, anxiety, and other common chronic illnesses and disorders and rehabilitation

🔹 Areas of Specialisation:
Therapeutic Yoga for heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, back pain, arthritis, respiratory system related diseases, nervous system disease and other diseases, pre- and post-natal
Mindfulness, pranayama, and meditation techniques for anxiety, sleep disorders, and emotional balance
Customized yoga programs for individuals and groups

My goal is to continue contributing to the growing integration of yoga into healthcare and public wellness systems and to bring its benefits to a wider global audience.
