I am Adarsh Dube, an Electrical Engineering graduate from Pune University with a deep passion for teaching. Throughout my career, I have consistently blended theoretical knowledge with practical applications to enhance students' understanding. At Shree Sai Classes, I managed to create a learning environment where students not only grasp academic concepts but also develop critical thinking skills. My role as a teacher and counselor at Key World Classes allowed me to guide students through high-pressure exams like CET, focusing on both academic success and personal development. At Smarth Trust, I led training camps in rural areas, emphasizing real-world skills alongside academic learning. Currently, as a mathematics faculty for IGCSE and GCSE students, I continue to integrate practical examples into lessons, making complex theories accessible and engaging. This hands-on approach ensures that my students are prepared for both exams and real-world challenges.
