My experience as a teacher in school and college has been both challenging and rewarding. Teaching students of different age groups helped me develop patience, communication skills, and confidence. In school, I focused on creating a friendly and disciplined classroom environment so that students could learn comfortably. I explained lessons in simple language, encouraged students to ask questions, and used examples from daily life to make subjects more interesting. At the college level, teaching was more interactive and discussion-based. Students were more independent and curious, so I guided them through practical knowledge, projects, presentations, and critical thinking activities. I also helped students prepare for examinations, assignments, and future career goals. As a teacher, I learned that every student has a different learning style and pace. Therefore, I tried to support weaker students with extra guidance while motivating advanced learners to perform better. Seeing students improve academically and personally gave me great satisfaction and inspired me to continue teaching with dedication and responsibility.
