Hi, I’m Afreen.
I was most interested in the field of education because of my interest in children. I hold a Degree in Bachelors in Education (B.Ed). I've had the privilege of teaching English, Science, Social Studies, and Business Studies, which allowed me to gain a deep understanding and appreciation for the subject matter. While teaching, I am more of a mentor and organizer of learning experiences and situations so that my students can actively understand, reinvent and reconstruct everything they learn. I use active methods, not traditional or conservative ones, and I always try for my class to be technology-based and Student-centered. Teaching is a great profession that requires patience, dedication, and commitment to be successful.
