Sushila Fulara

I am Sushila Fulara, a Science educator with over 35 years of teaching experience dedicated to helping students build a strong understanding of scientific concepts and achieve academic excellence. Throughout my career, I have worked with students across various grade levels, guiding them with patience, discipline, and a commitment to quality education. Teaching has always been my passion, and I take great pride in contributing to the academic growth and confidence of my students.

I hold a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree, a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Botany. My educational background has provided me with a strong foundation in Science and Biology, enabling me to teach these subjects with depth and clarity. I continuously strive to simplify complex concepts so that students can understand them easily and develop a genuine interest in the subject.

Over the course of my career, I have spent nearly three decades teaching in schools across Delhi, where I taught Science and Biology to students from Classes 9 to 12. I have also taught Biology to senior secondary students, helping them prepare for board examinations and strengthen their conceptual understanding. My extensive classroom experience has given me valuable insights into different learning styles and effective teaching strategies that support student success.

One of the most significant milestones in my professional journey was serving as a CBSE Incharge in my school. In this role, I was responsible for academic coordination, examination management, and handling various CBSE-related activities. This experience enhanced my leadership, organizational, and academic management skills while giving me a deeper understanding of educational standards and student assessment processes.

Having recently shifted to Uttarakhand, I continue to share my knowledge and experience with students through online teaching. I believe that learning should be engaging, interactive, and accessible, regardless of location. My online classes are designed to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, discussing concepts, and actively participating in the learning process.

My teaching methodology is based on structured lesson planning and systematic syllabus coverage. I use PowerPoint presentations and whiteboard explanations to make lessons clear and visually engaging. I focus on concept clarity by connecting scientific principles with practical examples from everyday life. Regular revision sessions, continuous assessments, and doubt-clearing discussions are incorporated into my classes to strengthen understanding, improve retention, and boost student confidence.

As an educator, my goal is to inspire students to develop curiosity, analytical thinking, and a strong academic foundation in Science. I believe that every student has the ability to excel when provided with the right guidance and encouragement. Through my experience, dedication, and student-centered approach, I aim to help learners not only achieve excellent academic results but also develop a lifelong appreciation for science and learning.
