I am an astute performer with 8+ years of experience in Software Design & Development. I currently owns and manages Pragmatic Audacity in Nainital that provides basic & advanced technical training in Java, JEE, Spring, Hibernate and related technologies along with programming classes in C/C++. I prefers conducting classes in groups and can teach anywhere in India using online tools like Webex, Skype (But of course network connectivity shouldn't be a hindrance ;)). I prefers usage of IDE for coaching because IDEs save a lot of time and its easy to make students understand any concept. The courses are concluded with a small project and the layout of the project is laid during the initial classes so that the students have a better understanding of fundamental concepts of OOP along with data structures, PL/SQL and JDBC. Spring, Hibernate,Concurrency framework & JEE classes are provided separately to students who already have solid command over Core Java.
