Hello! I am a passionate teacher and Yoga instructor with an academic background in B.Sc. and M.A. in Yogic Science.
I teach students from Classes 1 to 8 and focus on building strong basic concepts through simple, interactive and student-friendly teaching methods. I understand that every student learns differently, so I adjust my teaching style according to the student's level, learning pace and requirements.
Along with academic tutoring, I also teach Yoga to children, teenagers and beginners. My Yoga sessions include Asanas, Pranayama, Meditation, relaxation techniques, flexibility, mobility and basic fitness.
My aim is to help students improve not only academically but also in concentration, discipline, confidence and overall well-being.
