I have been teaching English Language and English Shorthand since long, say, 1990 and even earlier. I have passion for English language and passion for teaching English Grammar, Spoken English and How to Communicate in English for High School students and office goers as well. In my government service, for more than 20 years I worked as Stenographer in different , Grades and used drafting and communication for my career. I used to go as Guest Faculty in my own office Income Tax Department, Nagpur,, for conducting courses for Stenographers in different grades and also conduct English Grammar and Composition courses for other employees also.
As Faculty Member of MSTU (Ministerial Staff Training Unit, Aayakar Bhawan, Nagpur), I underwent training under the Programming Trainers Training and equipped myself with various courses designed and conducted by the DOPT (Department of Personnel Training), New Delhi, through its Training Wings Institute of Secretariat Training and Management (ISTM) and Indian Institute of Personnel Management (IIPA), New Delhi, in collaboration with the Thames Valley University, United Kingdom, for the benefits of trainers in the central government offices engaged in designing and conducting training programmes , such as DTS (Direct Trainers Skills) and DoT (Design of Training) which enable the Trainers to design and conduct the courses with efficiency.
I have conducted English Courses for staff of NADT which issued me Testimonial appreciating my work.
