"I sharing the review as a parent, I got her reference from a friend and then I reached her in Dec beginning. She gave me the confidence that in 2 months she will cover all the course for social science along with revisions and I don’t need to worry at all. I would say she is good at selling herself. Now at the end of two months when we are just a few days away from the board exams , she is not yet done with the full course, 2 history chapters are still untouched. Now when I am losing patience and expecting her to spend extra time to cover up as we have 3 days left before the exams to get started , she says that she can’t take classes on Sunday and other days also she has no time as her day is packed. Is this the kind of responsibility she committed to me ? Took 12500/- in advance for this irresponsible attitude. If she couldn’t do the syllabus in 2 months then she should not have committed for the same. I rather asked for it when I was talking to her at the first place, asked her to focus on only history and geography but she insisted and gave me the confidence that she can do all four within this time period. I now understood that it was all to gain more money. She gives tests and doesn’t check, what’s the point of these tests ? She is now telling me that my son didn’t tell her the exam schedule , putting all blame on us rather than working out for a solution. Very disappointing! I highly recommend not to get into the trap of this irresponsible teacher. "

Madam I regret that you are so disappointed. However A. The fee charged for the whole course was Rs 12000 and not 12,500. I think it was not so exorbitant after all. Rs 1000 per month with curated notes for l B. Your child did not attend the class for 15 days despite the fact that he had less time. When I asked you for a six day week you responded that your child could attend only 4days and now you wish that I should cancel classes for my 12th batch just to make room for your child. In order to do justice to all, I regret that I could not dedicate extra time for your child out of my responsibility for all children whom I have committed my time. Now that your child is missing even his regular classes, I fail to understand what your motive is. C. Even as I had my appointment with the doctor on a Sunday,( your child's class is scheduled on Monday Tuesday, Thursday and Friday) I tried to accommodate the child for 1.5 hours only because I care for my students. But you wanted a choice of your time which I could not provide as I had the appointment of the doctor. Please understand that teachers are human beings too. D. Writing words like 'trap' for some issue like this is an assault on my honest effort. Your child , as informed by you, as scored 66.5 on 80 after receiving my guidance which is a much better score than earlier performance. I have nothing to say about your comment anymore. I just wish your child Ayan, the very best of luck for his upcoming exams.

1. Listening skills
2. Interpersonal skills
3. Articulate speech
4. Attitude of the candidate

Work on your communication skills and see that you grasp enough vocabulary to convey your thoughts in an organised manner. Also, get regular practice by preparing to answer a battery of the most expected questions in the interview.

The easiest way to show leadership skills in a gd is to stay calm when everyone is putting their POV at the top of their voice, and speaking when everyone has exhausted their words.
True leaders do not have a verbal fight. They differentiate between ego arguments and have no desire to display how loudly they can shout. They observe, and give valuable input.

In order to display your leadership skills in the resume, mention and highlight areas where you have taken initiatives and organised something. If you have never been in a decision making position before, don't worry, It could be a blood donation camp, a work project or even a 'save paper' campaign as well.
Leadership is also taking decisions with forethought, as the decisions of a leader impact a team. If you can talk about the responsible decisions you made in your life through your work chart - acquiring a new skill, relocating for work, enrolling for a new programme etc, even that would be a step to show that the rudder is in your hands.
