I am a certified Yoga Instructor (RYT 500) and have completed 500Hours of Yoga Teacher Training, with a certification in Sound Healing. Also a postgraduate in English and Cultural Studies. In my higher studies I had the opportunity to delve deep into the philosophy of 'Yogasutras' and its deeper understanding beyond physical postures and flexibility. How it is more experiential and union of the inner and outer harmony. How the Asanas as a tool and philosophy as to expand our horizon of perspective and knowledge can help our own selves elevate to higher consciousness and be attuned to Here and Now. Healing and Embracing our whole being with that.

I have also completed a 3-months workshop in Theatre and performed too in a play "Seven Steps Around the Fire" by Mahesh Duttani. Also completed Film Making Project through which I had portrayed Yoga as poetry, a flow with the visuals intertwined with nature all as one and interconnected. The Union/Yoga, the harmony and how to tap into it and be with it, so here to help you beautiful fellow beings to guide and assist you into your inner journey through Yoga Sessions.
