I am an engineer and an ex software professional with 12 plus years of IT experience. I quit my IT job because of my interest in yoga. Having been involved in practicing yoga since 2017 i always wanted to deepen my experience hence i pursued my Hatha Yoga 200 hours TTC in Mysore under the guidance of Guru Shri Sudesh Chand at Shri Upanishath Yoga Center. Am currently pursuing my Yoga Therapy TTC.

Yoga has helped me create awareness and understand my body and breath better. I have been teaching at the center for a couple of months now and I am open to giving giving online or in person (personal training) classes to individuals with needs.

Keys skills include, modified and customized yoga practices to individual students, focusing on requested areas of wellness, provide required adjustments by usage of props, technique to improve breathing and deepen the practice, good communication skills and experience and love for yoga.
