Amruth Sagar
Born and brought up in Coorg, Amruth Sagar is a passionate HR professional and corporate trainer dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations with essential workplace skills.
He completed his MBA in HR and Marketing in 2024 from JSS Academy of Higher Education & Research under a merit seat, demonstrating academic excellence and strong management capabilities.
Amruth began his professional journey with HR Tech Innovations, Mysore, where he served as Manager – HR and Soft Skills Trainer. During his tenure, he successfully handled recruitment, employee engagement initiatives, and training programs for professional development.
One of his remarkable achievements includes issuing more than 100+ offer letters within a single month for Indian Capital Finance, showcasing exceptional efficiency in recruitment operations while utilizing minimal resources.
He also gained valuable corporate exposure by working as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at Dazzles Luxury Bridal Store, which operates across Mysore, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. This role helped him develop strategic organizational, leadership, and executive management skills.
In addition to his corporate experience, Amruth has actively participated in academic and professional research. He presented papers and participated in the 10th International HR Conference at SDMIMD, contributing insights into modern HR practices and workplace development.
Today, Amruth focuses on delivering impactful training programs that help students and professionals develop communication, leadership, HR competencies, and ethical selling skills.
