My self is yogacharya Sanjeev kumar
I has been deeply rooted in the traditional practice of Yoga since the age of 13 . I follows ancient path of Hath yoga pranayama and mediation , and six purification techniques of body. under the guidance of Guru Ji Shri Rajpal yogacharya , I have gone under 200 hours level master training in yoga ,
I also finished my master Degree in yogic Since.
I have been involved in the teaching of Yoga since 2008 ,.
I can teach various types yoga classes to impart my knowledge in Yoga such as yoga Philosophy and Pranayama Meditation . Hatha yoga Detox flow . Yin yoga . Joints pain sliming fit .
I’m specializes in the use of breathing exercises yogic locks (bandhas) and concentration techniques to cleanse the body and good for concentration.
