About the Course
Does the start of your workweek trigger overwhelming feelings of anxiety, sadness, or stress? Do you lack passion and motivation on Monday morning? Are you sluggish or tense? Hate your job? Or your boss? Even worse, your life sucks. If you’re nodding affirmatively, you might have a case of the Monday Blues.
This is a feeling with which most people live their lives. But, it does not have to be this way. ‘Wow, Monday Morning Again’ is a 1 day workshop which will change the way you think about work (and possibly your life). This course looks at how you can make your work place a happy place to be, as Monday mornings should be - bringing you a step closer to your dreams.
The objective is to convince the employees that they can and shall enjoy their work while being serious about it.
