I am a certified Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist with over three years of experience in conducting home, online, and personal yoga sessions.
I hold a Post-Graduation (M.A.) in Yogashastra, and I am certified by the Indian Yoga Association (IYA) and the International Yoga Organization (IYO).
Additionally, I have completed a Diploma in Medical Yoga Therapy and a Diploma in Yogic Education.
