I have learned arranging and songwriting from Berklee College of Music, Boston. In addition, I have taken classes on teaching music theory during my time there. I have had 10+ student learning only music theory from me in the last 5 years. I am also a professional arranger and session guitarist in the bollywood and regional music industry in India. When it comes to music theory, I start from the basics and then we apply everything to either the instrument you are working on or to your voice, that way you internalize it the best. We can go over whichever style, genre or even song that you feel like you want to learn and be able to understand because the theory of music is universal and is applicable to every song you have ever heard!
