"Mrs Vijaya Srivastava is an excellent yoga teacher. I feel so fresh and energetic the whole day after attending the class . As the one hour yoga program is a complete exercise session starts from stretching surya namaskar Core exercise and ends with breathing pranayama . I strongly recommend to join vijaya’s yoga. "

"I love Vijaya’s yoga studio. I join 6 am yoga session. I feel so fresh and energetic the whole day. As the one hour yoga program from Monday to Friday is complete excercise session starts from streching surya namaskar and ends with breathing pranayama. I strongly recommend to join vijaya’s yoga studio as it covers all. The yoga studio maintains the timings and punctuality. To get the results for weight management and to get flexibility is by attending the class regularly and be consistent along with your regular walking Thank you vijaya. "
