It is grammatically incorrect. It doesn't sound like a question either, therefore the usage of "?" is questionable! Either you can say: "They will follow you despite you feed them or not" - which is usual Or: "(It) doesn't matter you feed them or not, they will still follow you" - which also is common Alternatively... ...more
It is grammatically incorrect. It doesn't sound like a question either, therefore the usage of "?" is questionable! Either you can say: "They will follow you despite you feed them or not" - which is usual Or: "(It) doesn't matter you feed them or not, they will still follow you" - which also is common Alternatively you can say: "They will follow you, whether you feed them or not"which is a rare way of sentence construction in English.

Yes that is fine. Remember the difference between "It's" and "Its" while writing it. Another way of expressing it is "Boy, that's heavy!". There are several other figure of speech that one can use. Thanks.
