Hi, I’m Sunny Khanam, a passionate Yoga instructor with 3 years of experience in guiding students through practices that enhance both physical and mental well-being. I specialize in meditation, Hatha Yoga, and therapeutic routines tailored for individuals managing high blood pressure and stress-related issues.

I hold a Diploma in Naturopathy and Yogic Science (DNYS), which has equipped me with in-depth knowledge of yogic philosophy, meditation techniques, and natural healing. This academic background allows me to blend theory and practice in my sessions, supporting holistic health and lifestyle improvements.

Over the past few years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with students from various age groups and health conditions. Whether it’s helping someone find relief from stress, build a more flexible body, or regulate their blood pressure through consistent practice, each journey has been incredibly rewarding. Seeing students gradually transform—physically, mentally, and emotionally—through yoga is the most fulfilling part of my work.

Currently, I work as a freelance yoga trainer with Cult Fit, one of India’s top fitness platforms. I also teach at a yoga studio in Mumbai, and have built a dedicated personal client base, training two students regularly. Though I haven’t received formal awards, the trust and positive feedback from my students remain the greatest recognition of my efforts and commitment.

I offer both online and offline classes, making yoga accessible and convenient for diverse learners. Each session is centered around awareness, breath control, mindful movement, and individual needs—whether the goal is relaxation, therapy, or overall fitness.
