Srushti Kadam

I teach students from Class 1 to 10, covering all subjects for Classes 1 to 8 and specializing in Biology for Classes 9 and 10. Over the past 4 years, I have focused on helping students build strong conceptual understanding and confidence in their academics, ensuring they are well-prepared for exams.

I hold a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree, which has provided me with a solid academic foundation. Additionally, I completed a certification course from HomeShiksha in 2025 as a shadow teacher, which helped me gain insights into supporting individual student needs effectively.

During my teaching journey, I have worked extensively with students from diverse backgrounds, adapting my teaching style to meet each learner’s pace and understanding. My experience as a shadow teacher allowed me to provide personalized attention to students who needed extra guidance, strengthening my ability to tailor lessons to individual requirements.

My teaching methodology emphasizes interactive learning and conceptual clarity. I encourage students to actively participate in lessons, ask questions, and engage in discussions. This approach helps them develop critical thinking skills, retain knowledge better, and enjoy the learning process.

I conduct both online and offline classes, following a lesson-plan based approach to ensure each session is structured, goal-oriented, and engaging. I make use of whiteboards and interactive exercises to make concepts visually clear and easy to understand.

To supplement learning, I provide students with test papers and practice materials, allowing them to revise and reinforce their knowledge independently. These resources help students track their progress and identify areas for improvement.

Teaching is not just about covering the syllabus for me—it is about building confidence, fostering curiosity, and helping students develop a love for learning. Seeing my students succeed and grow academically gives me immense satisfaction and motivates me to continually improve my teaching methods.
