Iam certified all type of yoga like hatha ,astanga vinyasa ,power yoga ,yoga therapy, stress manegement, meditation pranayama,yoga nindra ...I am giving home and online yoga classes.and giving personal home yoga classes since 4year , I have done my post graduation diploma in yoga and master degree in yogic science completed . yoga has always been my true passion, driving me to immerse my self in the world of yoga fitness, I have been fortunate fullfill my dreams by owning and operating my own yoga studio in the serence city of Rishikesh. it has been a rewarding journey dedicated training individual and assisting them in achieving there fitness goal . currently I find my self in Mumbai expending my horizons as a yoga trainer.
