About me:
I am a CA with 17+ years experience in Hard core Accounts, Corporate Finance, Operations Finance, Business Finance, Multi-stage Costing, Direct Taxation, Indirect Taxation, Treasury, Employee Accounting, Trust Accounts and Audits, Banking (HSBC), ECB Loans (GBP 18 Million), Fully Convertible Debentures (FCD’s) (INR 130 Crores), Fixed Assets, Bills Receivables, Bills Payable, Credit ratings of customers (DnB, Crisil), Inventory Management, MIS, Management Reporting, Dash Boards, Statutory Audits (Big 4 - KPMG, EnY), Tax Audits, Transfer Pricing Audits, Vat Audits, Assessments at departmental level (DCIT-A, CIT (A), Additional CIT), Newly acquired business set up, Budgeting & forecasting ($ 130 Million), Credit rating analysis, Management, Strategic decision making, Strategy Analysis, Turn around Management, Forwards and forex management etc.

I worked in capacities like Assistant Manager, Senior Manager, DGM-Finance, Financial controller with dual reporting to CFO's, Finance Directors, Finance Controllers, Business / SBU heads, Presidents of business, Plant Heads, Promoters of business and CMD's (with a company size of USD 1.00 Billion)

I had more than 20 people team in finance reporting into me including 3 manufacturing plants while based at HO. While in business finance, I had stakeholder teams liasioning with me from regulatory and non-regulatory markets i.e. US, EU, Latin America, Japan, ROW (rest of the world) and India.

Am aspiring to chase career further and presently am offering consultancy services to corporates like R2R (Record-to-Report), Strategic management and soon on Turnaround management.

These days, am also working as a pro trainer to give 1 day training in finance to Non-Finance for audiences like doctors, engineers etc.
